Front Brake Holder

This was created for people who load their bikes into vans or trailers where the front tire is not in a chock. Many factory teams use these for the bikes inside the race trailers to keep them from rolling back and forth. There is also an old timer trick of putting a zip tie on the front brake to keep it bled while it's on the stand that this can be used for. Is it a myth? Legit? I'll let you have your own opinion.
